Joseph Gille

I am thankful for all those mentors and people in my life who risked themselves for causes larger than themselves and especially for others. I strive to pay that forward and have my work focus on the authentic internal content of character not just the outward appearance. We are all constantly becoming, discovering new horizons, and so much more than others can see. As famously said “What is essential is invisible”.

I am a United States Air Force (Retired) Enlisted Aircrew Member of 20 Years/2 Airframes and countless hours in the air and on alert. All throughout I was honored to serve and took delight having an office in the clouds.

My fine arts training originates from The Visual and Performing Arts Center at Suitland Highschool, in Forestville Maryland. It is with the utmost gratitude that I am an Alumni from there. Thank you to all the artists turned teachers! Especially Mr. Fear and Ms. Hong.
